Carbyne™ SUP250

Carbyne™ SUP250

Aliphatic Polyurethane Two Component Protective Coating

Carbyne™ SUP250 is a bio-based, water-based, two-component aliphatic polyurethane coating engineered specifically for garage floor applications. Designed to deliver long-term surface protection in residential and light commercial garages, Carbyne™ SUP250 combines ease of application with professional-grade durability.

Formulated to perform on properly prepared concrete substrates, Carbyne™ SUP250 provides exceptional abrasion resistance, strong adhesion, and long-lasting performance under vehicle traffic, foot traffic, and daily garage use. With low VOCs and no odor, it supports improved indoor air quality during installation—making it well suited for garages attached to living spaces.

Why Carbyne™ SUP250 Over Polyaspartic

While polyaspartic coatings are known for rapid cure times, they often sacrifice working time, adhesion tolerance, and long-term wear performance. Carbyne™ SUP250 is engineered to address those limitations.

Carbyne™ SUP250 offers:

  • Longer working time for improved application quality and fewer defects
  • More forgiving installation, reducing the risk of lap lines and roller marks
  • Strong, consistent adhesion to properly prepared concrete
  • Excellent abrasion resistance designed for real-world garage use
  • UV-resistant formulation to help maintain appearance over time

Built for Real-World Garage Conditions

Carbyne™ SUP250 is designed to protect garage floors from tire wear, moisture exposure, and surface abrasion. Integrated UV-resistant and anti-corrosion additives help preserve coating integrity and appearance, while matte and gloss finish options provide flexibility in both performance and aesthetics.
