Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected carrier. We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

Packaging

All BioBond products are packaged securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier regulations, certain adhesive products cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to modify delivery details. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@biobondadhesives.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement when applicable.
